This phase focuses on applying the previous steps. We had te make a choice of which methode we wanted to apply: cross cultural analysis, intuitive forecatsing or scenarioplanning. I have chosen to go with scenarioplanning. Due to the deadline this phase will not be fully integraded in this show dossier.

 

 

The client I am doing this for is Cosmo. Cosmo is a tourist entertainment expert. What I find interesting about them is that they want to be known as a overall hospitality expert. They are in the middle of this transition and yet they are open to new input. Most organizations would say: wait untill we have completed the change and then come back.

 

The other thing I find interesting is that there direct clients are organizations. They get paid by other companies for loaning there people. But they all do it for the people. They want to make the difference for the customers of there clients.
